I’m Caren, a full-time, portrait and wedding/elopement photographer based in Montgomery County, PA.

I went into my freshmen year of art school with graphic design on the mind, but that all changed once I took a basic black & white photography class. I learned with film cameras, developing my own film and creating prints in the darkroom. I loved it SO much, that’s when I knew I wanted to pursue it as my major! It felt like it came so naturally to me. During my senior year, I knew I really wanted to start my own business.

I have my B.F.A. in Photography from PCA&D and established my business in 2012 when my wonderful husband and I bought our first home! I’m a boy mom to handsome identical twin boys and we have two cats. I’m a lover of warm weather, binge watching shows, collecting vinyl, both the beach and mountain’s, decorating my home, and a yummy glass of wine or cold beer.

My passion is creating beautiful, high quality images for my clients to admire, display and share with loved ones. I love working with my clients in a natural and spontaneous way, treating them as a professional and leaving as a friend. I love to capture love whether it’s between a couple or a whole family. It truly makes me happy to have a job that I am passionate about and to share my art and vision with you.

While I have many clients hire me for their engagement and wedding photos, they have come back for my services to capture their precious newborn and family photos. It makes my job feel more rewarding being right there along the side to document their journey or a part of their life. I am very accomodating, making it a personable and enjoyable experience from the beginning to the end of the session and/or wedding day.
